Online Payment
All transactions taking place on Chikili.com are in Qatari Riyal even if you choose to display the prices in another currency. Chikili.com is partenered with Qpay for accepting the online payment and through the POS machines for car on delivery and we do not collect or store any of your card details. However, all the security policies implemented by Chikili.com are subjected to bypassing if the end-user accesses the website through an infected machine or device. In such scenarios, you agree to take full responsibility for the security that has been compromised and any resulted consequences. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Your order will be accepted, dispatched and shipped as soon as our customer service agents receive a confirmation through a telephone call. Chikili.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any given point without any liability if deemed necessary. Below points include but are not limited to the reasons that may lead to an order cancellation:
When the Delivery call is not answered by the customer for 3 consecutive days from the date of placing the order.
If there is an unintentional error made on the website in terms of the prices or quantities of the products the order contains.
Either the order will be amended or cancelled as seemed fit by Chikili.com and Chikili.com reserves the right in its sole discretion.
If there is an unintentional error made on the website in terms of the availability of the product, you shall be notified.
Warranty
If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown , chikili.com will meet its legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within 10 days with proof of purchase.
Warranty provided by specific brands are mentioned in its product page and they carry a limited original warranty from the brand or the distributor that protects them against any manufacturing default. The warranty begins on the day that your item(s) is received (item delivery day) and lasts as per the brand’s Terms and Conditions (mentioned on the attached warranty).
